Ingredients
- 4 grouper fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Rub grouper fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix pineapple, bell pepper, onion, lime juice, and cilantro to make salsa.
- Serve salsa over grilled grouper.
