- 2 tuna steaks
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula or spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for your preferred doneness.
- While the tuna is grilling, mix mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, and lemon juice in a small bowl to make the chipotle mayo.
- Toast the sourdough bread slices on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading the chipotle mayo on the bread, adding arugula, and placing the grilled tuna steak in between.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
