Grilled Top Blade Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 top blade steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Season the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  3. Once done, remove from the grill and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
