- 2 top blade steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Season the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Once done, remove from the grill and let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
