Grilled Stuffed Shrimp

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice shrimp down the back, stuff with filling.
  4. Secure with toothpicks and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve hot.
