Grilled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Arrange mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
  5. Top with grilled shrimp and crumbled feta.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
