- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- For the cocktail sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
- For the cocktail sauce, mix together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Serve the grilled shrimp with the cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
