Grilled Red Snapper with Tamari and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 whole red snapper, gutted and cleaned
  • 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
  3. Marinate the snapper in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Grill the snapper for 6-8 minutes per side until the flesh is flaky.
  5. Serve with avocado slices and fresh cilantro on top.
