Method: Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix tamari soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Marinate the snapper in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Grill the snapper for 6-8 minutes per side until the flesh is flaky.
- Serve with avocado slices and fresh cilantro on top.
