Grilled Pork Chops with Green Chile-Chipotle Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup roasted green chilies, diced
  • 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Mix green chilies, chipotle, lime juice, honey, and cilantro for the relish.
  5. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then top with relish and serve.
