- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup roasted green chilies, diced
- 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Mix green chilies, chipotle, lime juice, honey, and cilantro for the relish.
- Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then top with relish and serve.
