Grilled Oysters with Pink Peppercorn Mignonette

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp crushed pink peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Mix vinegar, shallots, pink peppercorns, salt, and sugar.
  3. Grill oysters for 3 minutes until edges curl.
  4. Top with mignonette sauce and serve.
