Ingredients

  • 4 John Dory fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Brush fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
