Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Rub tilapia filets with olive oil and spices.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Flake the fish and serve in tortillas with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  5. Top with a squeeze of lime and enjoy.
