Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C with a pizza stone.
- Sauté steak, peppers, and onions in olive oil until cooked through.
- Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Add cheese, then top with steak, peppers, and onions.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
