- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick "steaks."
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the cauliflower steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
