Ingredients
- 8 baby artichokes, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp roasted hatch chile powder
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Brush artichokes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill cut-side down for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- In a blender, mix egg yolks and lemon juice.
- Slowly drizzle in melted butter while blending.
