Grill-Roasted Arctic Char

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 Arctic char fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush Arctic char fillets with olive oil, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place lemon slices on the grill and top with fish fillets.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
  5. Serve topped with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
