Method: Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush Arctic char fillets with olive oil, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on the grill and top with fish fillets.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
