- 1 prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 green tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked chicken
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a preheated pizza stone.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
- Top with green tomato slices, smoked chicken, and mozzarella.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Mix sour cream, truffle oil, garlic powder, and salt for the crema.
- Drizzle truffle crema over the pizza and garnish with fresh basil.
