Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup spinach, sautéed
- 1/4 cup balsamic reduction
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. Set aside.
- Grill mushroom caps for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Top each mushroom with goat cheese and sautéed spinach. Grill for another minute to melt the cheese.
- Serve on burger buns with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
