Ingredients

  • 4 rib-eye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the rib-eye steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your preferred doneness.
  4. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite sides.
