Fired-Up Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Method: Indirect grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Mix hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Grill wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Toss in sauce before serving.
