- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Mix hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
- Grill wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss in sauce before serving.
