- 2 poblano peppers, roasted and chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, roasted and chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling and simmering
- Roast the poblano and jalapeno peppers over direct heat until charred. Peel and chop.
- Cook ground beef in a pot until browned, then add the roasted peppers, tomatoes, and beans.
- Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
