Instructions
Method: Cast iron cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet and brown beef cubes.
- Add vegetables, garlic, and Cajun seasoning, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in rice and broth, cover, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
