- 3 cups durum wheat flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix yeast, warm water, and honey. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, cranberries, and walnuts, kneading into a dough.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape dough into a loaf and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
