Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Method: Stir-frying
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add duck slices and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in bell pepper, snap peas, and onion, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, tossing to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
