Duck and Lemongrass Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and chili.
  2. Marinate the duck slices in the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Thread the marinated duck slices onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with extra lime wedges.
