Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and chili.
- Marinate the duck slices in the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated duck slices onto the skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with extra lime wedges.
