- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Brush the pork chops with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the EGG and grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C.
- Remove from the EGG and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
