Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Dos Equis beer
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Melting
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cheeses to the pan and stir until melted and smooth.
- Slowly pour in the Dos Equis beer and continue stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve warm with chips or vegetables for dipping.
