Dos Equis Three Cheese

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dos Equis beer
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Melting

  1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cheeses to the pan and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Slowly pour in the Dos Equis beer and continue stirring until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve warm with chips or vegetables for dipping.
