- 4 lb pork shoulder
- 1/4 cup Dizzy Pig seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, then coat generously with Dizzy Pig seasoning.
- Preheat the grill to 250°F/121°C for indirect cooking.
- Grill the pork shoulder for 4-6 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F/88°C.
