Dizzy Pig Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

  • 4 lb pork shoulder
  • 1/4 cup Dizzy Pig seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, then coat generously with Dizzy Pig seasoning.
  2. Preheat the grill to 250°F/121°C for indirect cooking.
  3. Grill the pork shoulder for 4-6 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F/88°C.
