Cumin-Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Method: Roasting

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tenderloin on a roasting rack and roast for 25-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
