- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Method: Roasting
- Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tenderloin on a roasting rack and roast for 25-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
