Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Mix all ingredients except butter.
- Form into patties and chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat butter on a griddle at 375°F/190°C.
- Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
