Cowboy Ribeye Steaks

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 500°F/260°C.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. In the last minute, top each steak with butter, rosemary, and minced garlic.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
