- 12 large shrimp, peeled
- 6 slices country ham, cut into cubes
- 1 cup cooked grits
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Method: Skewer grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Skewer shrimp and country ham pieces.
- Brush with butter and season with paprika and black pepper.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve over warm grits mixed with cheddar cheese.
