Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Method: Sautéing

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced peaches and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, if desired, and serve warm as a topping for desserts or as a side dish.
