- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced peaches and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, if desired, and serve warm as a topping for desserts or as a side dish.
