Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions

Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese and 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese on the unbuttered side of 2 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwiches on the EGG and grill for 2-3 minutes, until the bread is golden brown. Flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
- Remove from the EGG, slice in half, and serve immediately.
