Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the EGG to 400°F/204°C for direct grilling.
- Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice and cilantro for a dipping sauce.
- Serve chicken with dipping sauce and your choice of side.
