Chutney-Glazed Brisket

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 cup mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Method: Low and slow smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
  2. Season brisket with pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Smoke for 4 hours.
  4. Mix chutney, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  5. Glaze brisket and cook for another 2 hours.
