Ingredients
- 5 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup mango chutney
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Method: Low and slow smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Season brisket with pepper and garlic powder.
- Smoke for 4 hours.
- Mix chutney, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
- Glaze brisket and cook for another 2 hours.
