Instructions
Method: Grilling (Big Green Egg)
- Preheat the Big Green Egg to medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
- Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to reach your desired doneness.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
