- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chipotle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Grill the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- During the last minute of grilling, brush the turkey burgers with chipotle barbecue sauce.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the turkey patties on the buns and serving immediately.
