Chicken Wing Dry Rub

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Method: Indirect grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Mix all dry rub ingredients together.
  3. Toss wings in the rub until evenly coated.
  4. Grill wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from grill and serve hot.
