Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Stir-frying

  1. Set the EGG with a wok at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
