Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Stir-frying
- Set the EGG with a wok at 400°F/204°C.
- Heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in vegetables and soy sauce, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
