Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate flank steak for at least 2 hours.
  4. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
