Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup dry rub seasoning
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Method: Low and slow smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Coat ribs in dry rub and smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap in foil with apple juice and honey, cook for 2 more hours.
- Unwrap, brush with barbecue sauce, and cook for another hour.
