Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for at least 1 hour)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tomatoes on the soaked cedar plank.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes start to burst.
- Remove from heat, top with Parmesan and fresh basil.
- Serve warm as a side dish or topping for grilled meats.
