- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush the buffalo sauce onto the chicken in the last 2 minutes of grilling to allow it to soak in.
- Toast the sandwich rolls on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the buffalo chicken on the roll, topping with shredded lettuce and ranch dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
