Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Brush the buffalo sauce onto the chicken in the last 2 minutes of grilling to allow it to soak in.
  5. Toast the sandwich rolls on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the buffalo chicken on the roll, topping with shredded lettuce and ranch dressing.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
