- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Season wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
- Mix hot sauce, barbecue sauce, and melted butter.
- Toss wings in the sauce and grill for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
