Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef brisket point, cubed
- 2 tbsp barbecue rub
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C with wood chunks.
- Season brisket cubes with barbecue rub.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
- Toss in barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and butter.
- Return to EGG and smoke for 1 more hour.
- Serve hot.
