- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Method: Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
